Menu-guided parameter setting
The professional and easy menu guidance allows adaptation of the contour sensor to the application in only a few operating steps. Whether parts, edges or orientations are to be verified, for tasks like position verification or sortation, the system can be configured in just a few minutes and is then ready for use. Many parameters are automatically set. If requested, the user can make individual settings.
The new dimension in sensors
With its dimensions of only 42 x 42 x 43 mm this extremely compact 2D sensor sets new standards. Now, even applications with limited mounting space can be solved. Furthermore, the industrially compatible mounting and wiring technology allows easy and time-saving connection to the process.
Applications in transmitted light technology
To complete the system, ultra-flat backlights are available for transmitted light applications. These backlights can be operated in two different modes: “normal light intensity” mode and “high light intensity” mode during which 4 - 5 times more light is produced. This reduces the exposure time by 75 - 80%.
