ID tags for RF identification system DTS125
The new robust ID tags which do not require any batteries are particularly suited for use in high temperature ranges, for example in paint shops or ovens. The ID tags E80322 are specified up to a maximum temperature of 200 °C and have the protection rating IP 68. Coding of the mobile data memories is possible up to a read/write distance of 80 mm. ifm electronic's DTS125 provides a "plug and play" all-in-one solution for coding and identification using RFID technology.
Functions
ID tags are the information carriers of the RF identification system. They consist of a robust, easy-to-mount plastic housing with integrated transponder.
The ID tags are fixed to the objects to be coded and thus establish a logical connection between the code and the related object, for example a workpiece carrier.
