DTA200 with the extended functions, bigger data memory and number of write cycles, solves your tasks in assembly and conveying as well as handling automation.
DTA200, the read/write unit, can be integrated into AS-i networks in no time and is ready for operation immediately. Due to the integrated mounting clamp, set-up time can be saved in addition to hardware costs.
DTA201 supports the AS-i profile S-7.3 for analogue input slaves.
DTA201 is the compact and low-cost alternative in applications that only require reading of the ID tag data.

Functions
The ID tags (code carriers) are mounted on the objects to be identified such as tanks, goods or workpiece carriers. When they come into the detection range of the read/write heads, the information is read at up to 0.5 m/s. The read/write heads are used in the AS-i network as analogue slaves according to the profile 7.4 or 7.3 with an M4 master controlling up to 31 RFID systems. The compact RFID systems include, in addition to the antenna, the complete evaluation and the interface to AS-i. So the units can be operated directly on the AS-Interface and enable data transmission to the controller.
