Board of Directors of the ifm group of companies will be expanded

From 1 July 2023, the Board of Directors of the ifm group of companies will be expanded: Dr. Dirk Kristes, who has been COO (Chief Operating Officer) Executive Board Member until now, will take over the newly created Board function of COO Member of the Board of Directors and will be responsible for the areas of customer/production logistics, purchasing and prefabrication. “We are pleased to have such an experienced expert as reinforcement in the Board of Directors,” says Michael Marhofer, co-CEO of ifm. Kristes has been working for ifm since 2010 and has held management positions in various areas. As COO, he will assume responsibility for product availability on the Board of Directors. With this reinforcement, the Board of Directors sees itself well prepared for the future.
