moneo blue: the app for mobile parameter setting and diagnostics of IO-Link devices in production

Solution consisting of Bluetooth adapter and app for smartphone or tablet

Simply checking the status of the sensors and, if necessary, setting their parameters and those of the ifm IO-Link masters or recording and visualising process data on your way through production. This functionality is offered by the free moneo blue app together with the ifm Bluetooth adapter (EIO330) for ifm IO-Link masters.

Setting process values and parameters of IO-Link devices is manufacturer-independent, simple and easy and process data can be displayed in table or diagram view. A specific wizard is used to set the ifm position sensors for valve actuators (MVQ), temperature transmitters/sensors (TCC/ TN2105), level (LR2050/ LR2750), radar (LW2720) and vibration sensors (VVB). The graphic representation is adapted to the device used.

The data recorded via the Bluetooth adapter can be displayed in the app for further evaluation or sent as a zip file and then e.g. viewed in a spreadsheet. The first installation step requires only a short visit to the Apple or Android app stores.
