Diagnostic electronics and acceleration sensors
The VSE diagnostic electronics is a programmable evaluation unit for up to 4 dynamic vibration signals, which can be seamlessly integrated into the automation and control level as an online condition monitoring solution. The whole intelligence is incorporated in one device, leveraging the benefits of edge computing right where it is needed.
Using flexibly configurable condition parameters, the VSE diagnostic electronics can perform individual monitoring tasks in the time and frequency domains and communicate in real time within milliseconds.
From the sensor to the ERP system
Further auxiliary signals (e.g. speed, pressure, temperature) can be added via analogue inputs to provide the diagnostic electronics with all the information it needs for reliable and flexible monitoring of a specific machine or application.
Bidirectional communication via Ethernet TCP/IP (e.g. OPC UA) and the common fieldbus interfaces (Profinet, Modbus TCP, EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP) guarantee maximum interaction between the diagnostic electronics and the machine.
Products
Acceleration sensors measure the dynamic forces at the machine surface and deliver the raw signal for downstream vibration monitoring or vibration diagnostics, e.g. using the VSE diagnostic electronics.
VSA / VSP acceleration sensors
Robust acceleration sensors in different housings of type VSA or VSP, also for mounting in difficult to access areas. Various measuring ranges with voltage output (100 mV/g) or current loop (0...10 mA). Connection to the VSE diagnostic electronics.
VSA acceleration sensors
Trouble-free operation in the event of fast movement or influence of high forces.
Integrated self-test for permanent safety.
Intrinsically safe acceleration sensor type VSP0xA
For the measurement of vibration in hazardous areas.
Connection to the VSE diagnostic electronics installed outside the ATEX zone via a barrier.
VSM acceleration sensors
Multi-axis acceleration sensors with MEMS chip and IEPE voltage output also detect vibrations in the axial and radial directions.
