Create a “my ifm” online shopping account if you don’t already have one, and purchase the license.

You’ll receive your activation code by email.

Is the license key recoverable if I lose it?

Accepted Answer

License keys are emailed to the user and are available in your “my ifm” e-shop profile.

If the license key is lost, please contact our service centre and we will help you recover it.

Question 3

Is there a limit to the number of devices (IPC, laptop, PC, etc.) that can use the same activation code?

Accepted Answer

The activation code is valid for one specific device (hardware fingerprint). Please contact our ifm service centre if you want to change the hardware on which moneo is running.
