The starter kit consists of 2 articles ( QZ9100 and QM9101 ). QZ9100 comes with vibration, temperature and speed sensors, IO-Link master, appliance preloaded with software, and all the required cables and accessories. appliance is a Linux-based IPC with the required moneo modules installed (not licensed) and AMS (Appliance Management System) for remote upgrade and backup management. starterkit contains an appliance with additional hardware (IO-Link master, VVB, temperature and speed monitoring) for desk tests or simple applications (fan, pump or motor monitoring). The required moneo software modules and AMS are already installed.

moneo was developed specifically for condition monitoring of applications in industrial production processes and plants. Machines such as motors, pumps, fans, compressors, compressed air systems and hydraulic units can be monitored.

Furthermore, it is possible for larger CIP systems, control cabinets, filters, consumptions and levels to be measured and monitored.

Is it possible to move from appliance to vAppliance or Windows Installer?

Accepted Answer

Migration between physical appliance and vAppliance is straightforward by means of data backup and restore. This possibility cannot currently be offered between appliances and a moneo installation under Windows.

Question 8

I cannot reach moneo. How can I solve the problem?

Accepted Answer

The problem could be due to the active network cards. As soon as 2 network cards are active, moneo can only be accessed via ETH 2 (Ethernet interface). The AMS can be accessed via both interfaces (ETH1 and ETH2).
