Easy Integration with IO-Link

Integration becomes simple with the use of IO-Link. Once unpacked, the multicode reader can be directly inserted into the existing IO-Link infrastructure. To set the sensor to a code, simply run through the teaching process. For more demanding identification tasks, users can turn to the user-friendly PC software "Vision Assistant."

Data exceeding 32 bytes are automatically divided into several blocks and transmitted to the controller via IO-Link using the fast COM3 standard. The data blocks are automatically separated with an adjustable hold time. A significant advantage for the user is that no special function blocks are required in the control program.

Furthermore, IO-Link allows for the convenient adjustment of various sensor parameters directly from the controller, including focus, data strings for code comparison, or diagnosis. This simplifies the process of adapting the reader to changing products or operating processes.
